At Anzu Ltd, we are dedicated to making sure that your order arrives as safely and as soon as possible.
Our delivery options and costs vary depending on the location of the delivery address specified on checkout. All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail
COUNTRIES WE DELIVER TO
We currently deliver to the UK, the EU, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the US, Japan and South Korea.
DELIVERIES TO ALL COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UK
Please note prices quoted do not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible.
We are unable to redirect your order once it has been dispatched. Please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
TRACKING MY ORDER
On placing your order we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order and your order has been accepted. As soon as payment is processed, you will receive another email to inform you that your purchase has been shipped.
If you have not received your order within 10 working days or if at any time you have a question regarding the status of your order, please contact us directly at email@example.com where we will be happy to look into your request and assist you in any way we can.
TAXES & DUTIES
If you order items for delivery outside of the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes that are your responsibility where they apply. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, and they remain the responsibility of the customer. If local import taxes apply, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time, as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you don’t choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Anzu Ltd to you.
Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by custom authorities. You are considered the importer of record for the items you order through our website and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. Anzu Ltd are required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-EU shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping to PO Box addresses.
