We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software mal-functions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' as a result, Anzu Limited reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases. In the event that your order is declined, you shall receive a full refund. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
For world-wide destinations, our refund and exchange policy lasts 14 days, under EU distance selling regulations. In accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.
This guarantee does not apply to the supply of goods made to the customer's own specification (personalised and bespoke goods), such as all limited edition prints, bespoke stationery or any other bespoke item.
If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us by post or email and then return your products unopened and in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to return the entire order at your cost, unless demonstrated faulty, if you have already received them.
Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
There are certain conditions where a return or exchange cannot be granted:
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Any item that is bespoke or limited edition

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning items, until the goods reach our head offices, they are your responsibility. Please ensure you package goods well, to prevent any damage. If you are shipping items over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
We will deliver the goods to the delivery address specified when you placed your order, please be accurate when you give us your address details as we will not be liable if the address you have given is incorrect. In the case that your package is undelivered and returned to us, we will consider this as a return and your order will be cancelled.
