REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please note this applies only to retail customers and not to Wholesale customers. If you are a wholesale customer, please see the terms within the Wholesale section.
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 14 days, under EU distance selling regulations. In accordance with EU Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 14 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.
This guarantee does not apply to the supply of goods made to the customer's own specification (personalised and bespoke goods), such as all art prints, limited edition Christmas tree or any product that is customised.
If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us by post or email and then return your products unopened within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will need to return the entire order at your cost, unless demonstrated faulty, if you have already received them.
Defects or any other discrepancies should be reported to us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days upon receipt of item(s). If notification is not received within this period, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim.
To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
There are certain conditions where a return or exchange cannot be granted:
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of the necessary checks and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your returned goods to:

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning items, until the goods reach our head offices, they are your responsibility. Please ensure you package goods well, to prevent any damage. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
